The last thing you want when you have a computer problem, is another “problem” figuring out who to call or what to do. At Diversified Computer Resources, Inc. our goal is to make the process of getting support easy and flexible.

To meet this goal we offer a wide range of support options which may be customized to meet your organizations needs.

Support Desk

Our Support Desk is open M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You may reach support at 918-436-1830 or 479-783-6111 or at our toll free number which is listed in the Contact Us section. When calling, just ask for “Support”.

Emergency After-Hours Support Options

All users may call our office and the automated attendant will provide a contact number for emergency after hours support. 48 and 96 Hour Bundle Agreements include 24 x 7 x 365 technical support. If you have this level of support you will be provided with an emergency after hours number to call. When calling for after hours support you will be prompted to leave your name and number and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.

Telephone Support

Call any of our three phone numbers and your call will be answered by a live person, not an automated system. Just ask for support and your call will be routed to the support desk. There, the support desk personnel will work with you to perform troubleshooting, resolve the problem or determine the next step. Your call may be escalated to a support engineer if additional technical expertise is needed to solve your problem

Email Support

We recommend setting up a helpdesk@companiesdomain.com email account. Your users then email problems, questions and requests to the helpdesk email account. Your LAN Admin can then monitor a central mailbox and forward any issues with which they need assistance to our Support Desk. If you have a 48 Hr or 96 Hr Bundle Agreement DCR will monitor this email, if you so desire, allowing us to respond to and/or schedule support as need.

Remote Support

By utilizing the latest in remote support technology we are able to connect directly to most computers. This occurs only with your authorization and is totally secure from unauthorized access. This allows us to correct many problems without ever coming to your site. It is fast, easy and saves you money. For even more convenience, we have made it even easier to use this option. In this section we have added a direct link to the site that allows us to perform the remote support. Please see the Remote Support tab.

Onsite Support

Onsite support can be provided on an as needed basis or through regularly scheduled visits. Our staff can perform hardware installs, software installs, software upgrades, printer setup or Internet configuration just to name a few. If you need assistance at your business location this is the best option for you.

Whether you have a small computer issue in the middle of the afternoon or a mission critical problem in the middle of the night, Diversified Computer Resources, Inc. has the right support option for you.
